To remove the spout:

• Unscrew the lid on your sport spout bottle. Grab onto the tab and pull gently to remove the silicone spout.

To attach the spout:

• Push the silicone spout top into the lid, from underneath.
• Turn lid over and pull the spout gently through in a circular motion until it is securely in place.
